Miso Roasted Salmon


1/4 cup tamari (or soy)

1/4 cup rice vinegar

2 tbs miso (red or white)

2 tbs honey

1 tbs chili paste or sriracha

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 clove minced garlic


Mix all together, pour over salmon and let it marinate for at least an hour (more if possible).

Heat oven to 400F. Transfer the salmon onto a sheet pan. Roast the salmon ,uncovered, for 12-18 minutes (depending on size and thickness) and take care not to overcook it.

Garnish with chopped scallions and black sesame seeds.
